Please review our refund and return policy before placing your order.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Landscape design templates
Garden planning guides
Printable planners
Digital workbooks
Checklists
E-books
Downloadable PDFs
Design resources

Once a digital file has been purchased and made available for download, it cannot be returned.

Exceptions

If you experience:

Difficulty downloading your files
A corrupted file
The wrong file delivered
Missing files from your purchase

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will gladly provide a replacement download or correct the issue at no additional cost.

Custom Landscape Designs

Every landscape design is created specifically for your property and your vision.

Because these services require significant planning, research, and design work, custom landscape design services are non-refundable once work has begun.

If your project has not yet started, you may request cancellation and receive a refund, excluding the required non-refundable $250.00 deposit at the time you signed the contract for services.

If work has already begun, refunds will be issued only for work not yet completed, at our sole discretion.

Minor revisions included in your purchased design package will be honored according to the terms outlined in your proposal or service agreement.

Physical Products

If your order includes physical products such as:

Garden décor
Handmade goods
Woodworking projects
Resin creations
Printed planners
Gift items

you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

Unused
In their original condition
In the original packaging
Free of damage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made products
Personalized items
Digital downloads
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Products damaged through normal use or misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrect
Missing components

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

Your order number & receipt
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will work quickly to replace the item or provide another appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Digital Products

Digital orders cannot be canceled after purchase.

Physical Products

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Landscape Design Services

Projects may be canceled before design work begins.

After work has commenced, cancellation fees may apply based on the amount of work already completed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrectly shipped

We do not offer exchanges for customized or personalized products.
